Will this cleaner make my stereo stop crackling?

make my old receiver stop crackling the right speaker upon adjusting the volume? Where should I spray it and how exactly do I use it?

You would have to remove the cover and spray the cleaner onto the volume control itself and then put it back together. IF that does'nt work, get a new home stereo or take it to shop and have the shop fix it, probably cheaper to get a new one or used from a pawn shop
