I  would say try it and see. You obviously have issues in that area, so just pay out the money and buy one.

There was a documentery that tested such devices, this one was included, i don't remember which one worked. But the documentery was called 'A girl's guide to 21st century s*x' comes on channel 5, UK, you can donwload it from p2p. Use bittorrent, search on mininova.org or use  Bit Che program to search for it.
