I`m 13 years old and I`m slightly overweight. Mostly around my stomach and face. addition to exercize would this diet help me to lose the weight? BREAKFAST:* Bowl of bran, oats and dried fruit. LUNCH: * Grilled chicken breast and some vegies DINNER: * Chicken breast and Vegetable salad SNACKS: * Any fruit, vegies, protein bars ect. I`m trying to avoid carbs obviously!. If I followed this diet for a week or two and got exercize would I lose weight? Thanks =)
