Will this diet help a 13 year old lose a little weight?

I`m 13 years old and I`m slightly overweight. Mostly around my stomach and face. addition to exercize would this diet help me to lose the weight?

BREAKFAST:

* Bowl of bran, oats and dried fruit.

LUNCH:

* Grilled chicken breast and some vegies

DINNER:

* Chicken breast and Vegetable salad

SNACKS:

* Any fruit, vegies, protein bars ect.

I`m trying to avoid carbs obviously!. If I followed this diet for a week or two and got exercize would I lose weight?

  1. Honestly try weight watchers, use the points system it's free online. I know 5 people who have lost 20lbs and over using the system.


  2. It won't work that quickly, but it will work.

  3. I hope you dont mean everyday. And you're not getting all your nutrients you still need dairy. How old are you again? Besides thats not going to get rid of fat on you face. Some girls look really good when they are full.
