Yesterday I lost one of my birth control pills and didnt end up taking it. So yesterday I never ended up taking a birth control pill. Today I took one at my regular time.

Will missing one yesterday effect anything??

In some people, it could lead to ovulation, so use a backup method of contraception for the next 10 days or until you have your period.
