Please tell me if this will help me loose wieght as well as excersise of course. This is what I eat in an average day....
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Tuna salad (small tin of tuna,lettuce,tomatos,cucumber,onion and balsamic vinegar)
Dinner: Grilled vegetarian chicken style fillet, broccoli,carrots and spinach.
Snacks:Grapes,yoghurt.
I only drink water or green tea.
