What is the longest I can keep it refridgerated? Possibly 6 or 7 hours?

Or should I put it on the cake now to serve in about 8 hours?

  1. It will be fine if you want to refrigerate it. But if you have room in your fridge for the cake, you can frost the cake now and put it in the fridge.

  2. If you've already made the frosting, then I'd go ahead and frost the cake, as long as the cake has cooled completely. If the cake is till warm I'd put the frosting in the fridge. It should be fine. If it's a little hard when  your ready to frost your cake, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to let it soften. I don't see any reason you can't store it in the refridgerator for a few hours.

  3. I make cakes and icing them and leave in freg all week there fine.

  4. I would frost the cake and then refrigerate, it may be harder to spread the frosting on the cake after having it in the refrigerator.

  5. u can chill it or just ice cake and serve it same day
