Will this get rid of my streach marks?

i have cocoa butter, but will this kind work?

extra rich cocoa butter lotion for hand and body

and at the top it says Enriched with lanolin

No.  And they won't go away only fade.  I am trying strivectin and it's helping.  I even talked to a doctor about laser treatments and she told me they wouldn't go away completely.
