  1. Im Not Sure, But I Lost 40 Pounds By Following This:

    Eating 1200 Calories Each Day.

Only 4-5 Meals Of 200-250 Calories Per.

Running Or Jogging Each Day For 30-40 Minutes.

    Also Eat Healthy.

    Stay Away From Junk Food.

    Good Luck!

  2. elliptical will work out your legs and butt - not your stomach. try some ab exercises

  3. If your legs are tired after your elliptical workout, then that means you have strong legs, but you're not going fast enough for the effects to reach your whole body. Since going faster is more dangerous, I'd advise you to start jump roping or running occasionally. This will burn fat all over your body.

Also try doing more crunches, planks, pushups (this helps the core), and working your abs with a medicine ball.

Please do remember that you NEED a little fat to protect your muscles, and to act as a cushion. It's also necessary for when you're much older and ready to have children.

  4. It'll work. But you have to ask your mom/dad to help you with meals because if your meals are c**p the workouts will not be effective.

  5. yes, and only eat 1,250 cals.

  6. not really, ab exercises are the best way to go, but the elliptical will keep you thin too so keep it up!

  7. Low body fat = flat stomach. Your on the right track. Add some strength training (lift weights) to build some muscle all over. This will increase your metabalism (burn more calories). But remember it's 80% diet so eat lean eat clean

  8. The elliptical is great - make sure you keep your abs contracted/tight, as that ups the calorie burn.  You only need to do it 3-4 times a week, you don't need to do 2 workouts a day on it.

You may also want to cut out junk food.

Where your body puts on fat is largely genetic, so you can't tell it to not put on fat in a certain area.  You may put on fat around your belly, or your hips, first.

What's important is to eat well and be healthy.  Good luck!
