  1. Yes, the Gigabyte GA-8IP775 mobo, will support this AGP 8X graphics card.http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Moth...

However your main concern should be that you have:

    1.A P4 that is at least 2.0GHz.

2.At least 1GB of ram memory.

3.A 450 watt power supply, AND it has a 75 watt->6- PIN PCI-Express power connector. (SIX PIN JEDI!) (Usually they tell you the AMP size of the 12 volt Voltage Rail, not the WATT size. Amps times Volts=Watts. I assume you're using 120 volts. Divide 75 watts by 120 volts, and you arrive at .625 amps. (5/8th's of an Amp! That's less, than the Amps used by a 100 watt light bulb!) Pretty sure a 450 watt power supply has at least a 12 Amp->12 volt Voltage Rail! lol!

    X-Bit Lab's indicates 60 WATTS!

Scroll down the following page to the fifth row of photos. The first photo on the left, shows what a 6-pin PCI-Express power connector looks like,

This power supply is 500 watts, and has the necessary 6-pin connector.

Have at least a 450 watt Psu, but it doesn't have the 6-pin PCI-E connector?

    Then you need this adapter.

  2. Yes, this card will be fine on your system. Since, it is an AGP 8x card, which your motherboard supports, there should be no problem.

  3. you need an 8pin PCIe power connetor for that card and make sure that your PSU is at least a 400W. I would recommend 550W...
