Will this haircut work on me?

my hair is about 2 inches past my shoulders, it's fine, medium blonde with a bit of a wave, and it is PUFFY. i hate my hair. i want a cut that is layered and thinned at the ends. do u think that this cut will work?

go for it! if u get layers it will make your hair look thinner, and getting it thinned will, well, make it thinner!!

I would love to see a picture of the style that you are wanting, but from what you are telling me, your hair is wavy and full. Layers will definitely help thin out all that volume fullness for you and thinning the ends will help it lay better for you.

I would definitely say....GO FOR IT!!!
