Hey there, so I'm really in a rut, I've always kind of had a belly, but it is just fat. So, I was wondering, will this help me lose it? I've been jogging every morning Or afternon for 30 minutes, doing intervals of x amount of running and 5 mins of walking thus far. I plan on increasing the time a few times each week, so I can get up to jogging 30 minutes. I was out of shape, so I'm slowly working on getting back into shape, will this help? I do some stomach things, like sit ups, I do bicycles most often. Will this help me lose my belly fat? I do eat rather healthy. I've elimanted most junk food. Any other advice would be great.
