I have heard that green tea helps you lose fat/weight.Wow! Sounds great to me.Do you feel the same?If yes ,then how many cups should i drink in order to lose the shed the extra pounds?Do you like it hot or cold?What if i mix 2 tea spoons of lemon juice plus 1 tea spoon of honey in a cup of green tea ?Do i have to drink this mix several times a day?
