I need to raise my metabolism because the way I eat (once every 9-12 hours) causes it to lower. I heard women should eat small foods every 3 hours. So I'm thinking about eating a piece of fruit every 3 or 4 hours to help speed it up. Does anyone know if this will help for sure? Also, if anyone could suggest some exercise techniques I could do in the home that would help me lose some weight? I'm mainly stuck babysitting so I can't go out daily and jog. Thank you.
