Question:

Will this help my metabolism?

I need to raise my metabolism because the way I eat (once every 9-12 hours) causes it to lower. I heard women should eat small foods every 3 hours. So I'm thinking about eating a piece of fruit every 3 or 4 hours to help speed it up. Does anyone know if this will help for sure?

Also, if anyone could suggest some exercise techniques I could do in the home that would help me lose some weight? I'm mainly stuck babysitting so I can't go out daily and jog. Thank you.

  1. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. You can do crunches, push ups, run in place. I like 6 inches. It's where you lay flat on your back and tuck your chin to you chest. Then raise your feet 6 inches off the ground and hold for a count of 20-30 seconds. You can also put you arms straight out in front of you and do squats without any weight. While your doing 6 inces you can mix it up and do a bicycle motion with your legs out straight then put them up like go up on your back and bicycle from there.

    Also drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
