Will this help or worsen my 100 meter time?

i have been lifting weight for my legs and arms for about 5 days straight and running on track but my legs were tired and a little bite sore yeasterday but I worked out anyway and today there also sore and tired, should i still workout my legs again today or will this not help me better my 100 meter time? and i also have track tomorrow.

  1. Make sure your get recovery time between lifting and running but it will help you in the future to have those muscles


  2. You get stronger during recovery, not exercise. You must have rest or recovery days, you can not lift 2 days straight let alone 5 days straight.

    This is causing your legs to become weaker, not stronger.

    Your times are going to suffer from this training.

  3. You need to allow your muscles to rest. Working out your arms and legs will indeed help in the long run, but only if you take a day off and let them heal.
