Will this kind of eating help me loose weight??

so i want to start eating better to loose weight

so i would be eating lots of fruits and vegtables water and

brown rice

with 1 hour running in tredmill

and 100 sit ups

about how much weight will i loose in a month????

plz help.. thanks!!

  1. 1 hour running is too much.

    Apart from fruit and rice you also need protein, like eggs, chicken, fish, milk, if you are vegeterian you can eat beans or lentils instead.

    Remember, that you must be eating to boost your metabolism. If you starve, or if you miss nutrients, your body will consume muscle tissue instead of fat, and then you will gain morre fat. You must be eating many meals, just keep them small.

    If you eat healthy, you will lose about 4 kg (8 pounds) in amonth. If you lose more, you are losing too much.


  2. That would be good but I would work up to 100 before you do them all. Same with the running so you don't over do it.
