Will this letter still get delivered with this address?

Question

I sent a card to an apartment building with just the apt number and apt complex and forgot to put a street address. Ex:

John Doe

321 University Heights

College Park, MD 43562

321 is the apt number and university heights the apt complex name. Will the letter still get delivered there?

It probably depends on whether the postal workers know exactly where it is or not. If they know where it goes they will probably deliver it. But if they aren't sure where it goes, then it probably won't be delivered. Basically, if it's an experienced postal worker it will probably make it.
