A blue dress with a white tank top under neath. Black leggings and dark chocolate tall uggs.

skip the white tank top do a black one.... wear the black leggings but with cute heels or flats not ugg boots those are more dressed down...

Depends where your going I think but it seems like the black and brown together don't sound good but it's hard to say when you can't see the dress it it a summer dress? and if it's  short sleeved dress why dark leggings.  I don't think that uggs are supposed to go with dresses either way.

No, black and chocolate brown clash, and Uggs are about the most hideous fad I've ever seen.  Not at all attractive.

ummm i really don't think that matches anyways just go w/ a blue dress ballet flats and a cute neclace and headband!

I don't think so. Loose the Uggs, black and brown don't match. Maybe you could pair the outfit with cute flats.
