lately i have not been eating healthy. I have been eating alot of fast food. But im not eating as much as i usually. will this make me gain weight?

  1. Yes, this will probably make you gain some weight.


  2. You need to get your head on straight. Fast food is fast; it's definitely NOT for everyday. Average food intake for FEMALES: 1800 cals/day; MALES: 2200 cals/day. Drink plenty of plain water daily. Save sodas, pop, donuts for a weekend 'blast', if you must... Pizza isn't bad, but careful what's on top.

    Try Chinese food.

  3. Obviously, if you do not burn off those calories you will gain weight.

  4. Water will not take off weight, just help metabolism. You have to burn 3,500 calories over your intake (+) and output (-) for every pound lost.

    Excercise and quit eating fast food.  

  5. Fast food is the WORST thing you can put in your body. Small portions are not any better for you that you say you haven't been eating as much as usual. Fast food is loaded with calories and fat. Stop now. Some nutritionist recommend you eat fast food once a month or even never. You might want to check out a great film called SUPERSIZE ME by morgan freeman. Shows the direct negative results of Mc donalds food. Best answer :)
