i've an old army mate dropping by tomorrow, our respective birds are going out and i'm going to cook something for just me and him. thing is, i'm a really good cook and i like to show off in the kitchen a bit... if i cooked something nice and fancy, would it make me look like a homo?

you have made my day with this question.  I think it's both homophobic and sweet all the same time which I'm sure is something rarely achieved.

If you want to show a little flair in the kitchen and it's just you and another guy then this is perfectly within the lines of your heterosexual identity.

The only thing that would make you a 'homo' is if you decided you felt sexually attracted to men.  Even then some men do not identify as g*y.  I guess what I'm saying is that only you can identify yourself as g*y....... everyone else is just guessing.  only you know for sure.

It doesn't matter if you like to whisk, bake or flambe for another male friend your sexuality will remain in tact.

I'll let you in on a secret......... real men are so comfortable in their sexuality that they don't care what others think.
