I'm 14, completely flat and have been wearing tight undershirts as support my whole life. Now that I'm older, I can't wear these undershirts anymore because the show when I want to wear outfits that plunge like V-neck and dresses. They don't sell my undershirts in bigger sizes and I started wearing bra's when I need to show my chest in outfits. I'm can bearly fill them up, but I don't care but the point is that I can't go 30 minutes in a bra without my chest hurting and me wanting to rip it off. And when I take off the bra this huge feeling of sadness comes over me, for no reason. Will the pain go away after I get used to them or is it not the right time yet??

  1. After a couple weeks you get used to it. For the first little while it really bugs you no matter what kind you try. I've have being wearing them for three years and sometimes I still have to take them off because they hurt my chest. Maybe go try buying some new ones. Try a bunch of them on and see which one feels the best or closest to it.

  2. you can get these silicone breast forms they sell them in walmart and come with sticky adhesive. they are very comfy.

  3. don't wear a cup bra or one with wire

    wear a training bra

    they make v-neck ones

and they will be a lot more comfortable because they will actually fit you

do you live in the u.s.?

if so then you should go to limited too, they'll have some cute things for you

you'll probably want something like this, it's a low v-neck and it doesn't have actual cups or wires

*are you sure it was the right size then?

that's the only thing i can think of as to why it would be uncomfortable

have you tried camisoles instead of bras?

i think they make v-neck camisoles

when i first started wearing a bra it was really uncomfortable, but i didn't hurt

and i just got used to it and soon i didn't even notice i was wearing one

maybe you're just not used to wearing one yet?

  4. Your bra is too small. Have your parent take you to a real lingerie shop (not  Victoria's Secret, an actual bra shop) to be profesionally measured.

Find the right size, and you'll feel no pain.

  5. sounds like your getting a bra thats too small for your torso fine a training bra or something that has a number for the band and get one that fits right like 36, 38 and so on
