and after or before my workouts i just jump rope and do sit-ups all day so i dont just sit and play video games

would this plan lose me a lot of belly fat and build or at least maintain my muscle mass??

if so how long do u think it would take if i had 15% body fat

  1. That diet is horrible. The workout is doable.

    11- Oatmeal with protein shake

2- 1 chicken breast with one sweet potato

    4- same as above

7-tuna fish snack, maybe with some crackers

    10-protein shake, banana is ok

that will give you around 180g protein, and around 150g carb while being low in fat. you may wanna add in an extra protein source. but this should do. good luck.

  2. well first you have to realize that not everyone can have a real 6 pack... some peoples body typs just wont take to it, but if you are looking to build muscle and lose fat then i good rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh... so if you weigh 165, then thats how many grams you should be taking in.  as far as just losing belly fat.. theres no way to lose fat from just one part of your body, your body will generally burn it off in the reverse order that you put it on.  doing ab excersises will build muscle there and tighten but losing the weight is all about the cardio... losing fat is all about the math... burn more calories than you consume... its just knowing all the small things here and there to make it more efficient.. i would go running or walking in the morning before you eat breakfast... your body is in a fasting mode from sleeping and its a good time to burn effectively.. and try not to eat too lat eat night.... and with all that meat... make sure you have plenty of fiber too.. a few bananas a day wont cut it.. if your not eating salads then take some fiber supplements..  you can eat as much leafy green veggies as you want... a few years ago i lost 40 pounds in a 2 months by just hitting the gym a few days a week, cutting back the rice ad carbs, and replaing my lunch with a big salad with chopped up lean turkey in it (the one for sandwhiches)... and when i wasnt home.. mcdonalds side salads for a dollar, (not the expensive fatty other salads).  and lots and lots of whey shakes.. but thats just me, buy a muscle and fitness magazine, they always have recipes and whatnot in it for just this purpose.... yea i'm babbling now.. i'm sorry
