It helped me a little. But it's really hard to actually spin on it. I can only do two-foot, one-foot, and back scratch! Sit, Camel, and forward are too hard on that.

My kids are using this one and it helped a lot for their improvement. (Even it worked for me to overcome dizziness.)

But I recommend that you'll get it from the local store so that you can change to a new one (I think it has a one year warranty usually.)when there's a problem with the spinner.
