  1. You don't need a cap with that amp, you are no drawing nearly enough power to need it.  The amp will work great for the speakers but i think it will not be enough to power the sub.  If you are going to go with a 5 channel amp usually the 5th channel has more power for the sub. (ex the alpine PDX-5 is 4x75rms, 1x300rms)

Jared is incorrect (more prove best buy employees are not reliable sources of information) your head unit provides 50 watts of peak power, 12-15 watts of rms power per channel. Not nearly enough to get the most out of your speakers.

I would recommend getting a 2 channel amp to power the front comps, ditch the rear speakers if you power the sub properly the rears will be barely noticeable.  Get a mono amp for the sub.

Check out sonicelectronix.com for good prices.

    Good Luck

  2. I like the setup, but you really don't need a cap at all... and your amp is a bit too small to power your sub. your deck will power 50W to each channel of the car. which should be enough, i'd personally just have the deck power inside speakers, and a seperate 300W amp power the sub w/o the cap, because 12V is plenty for a 300w amp.
