Will this spell work?

i have this spell which i got over the internet. could u please check it out?

Spell for Physical Body Change

Requires: Small piece of paper, Quartz crystal, Some string

Procedure: Take the small piece of paper and write your name on it. Draw on it what body or body part you want changed and what you want it to look like. The picture could show the entire body or just the part.

Now hold the paper in your hands and imagine the body/part changing from what it looks like now to what you want it to look like.

Then fold it up any way you like and tie it to the crystal. Then once more visualize the body part changing.

Put it away and every evening until the body is changed take it out and visualize it changing again.

When the change is done tear the paper up and scatter it to the wind.

If being able to write your name and hold a crystal meant people could lose weight, the whole world would be stick skinny, my friend.

The only way this could possible work is by a form of mild hypnosis. You believe that changes will occur so you take subconcious efforts to make it happen - walking a little more, eating a little less, and after time things change, but due to your efforts, not magic. It's much more effective to make a concious choice to exercise/diet/whatever.

Oh, but if the physical shange was something more like breast enlargement or nose reshaping, then no. It will not work in the slightest.

The question you should be asking is do you personally believe it will work?  

One more point to consider is that before any external changes can manifest, you must make internal changes.  You need to feel good about yourself.

Yes it works.  I know someone who was overweight, he did that spell and began eating healthy and working out for several hours each day.  Within a few weeks he had lost 20 pounds and had really slimmed down, all thanks to that spell.

I don't think there is a spell that can physically change any body shape, what you have is what you were born with and what you will die with there isn't a magic spell for a physical body change, but have fun doing it, but there will be no change in your body.

There are spells that do work for healing, and love and other emotions for good and bad, just remember what spell you do at times comes back to you ten time worse, spell should only be used for good and to help any thing for vanity or wealth usually back fire and bring along with it bad things

You should not be messing with spells. It is dangerous. If you choose to ignore me and you get in serious problems know that Jesus Christ has the power to help you. Take care!!!

Before doing any spells, you really need to know what your doing. Spells have a way of not coming out the way you wanted. Watch your wording of the spell. One wrong word and you may not get the results you wanted. Also, call to a Goddess for help. Like Hera or Aphrodite. if you have never done a spell before, its best to look up and read books and join a grove or on line site and talk to others about wicca doings.

No, I think it's stupid and all in your mind because you'll trick your mind into believing that it actually changed when it didn't.
