I was 5"5 1/2 and weighed 167lbs before the summer started and now I'm 146lbs. I want to be 125/130lbs by Janurary and I'm not sure if this will do it:Monday: 1 hour and 20 minutes of swimmingTuesday: 50 minutes of PilatesWednesday: Walking?Thursday: 40 minutes of Ballet and 1 hour and 20 minutes of Charecter dancingFriday: Rest?Saturday: Walking?Sunday: Rest?Lol. The swimming and pilates are from 9/15 to 11/3, but after that I'm going to just swim for an hour every day and eliminate Pilates but keep the dancing year round.Please tell me honestly if this will help me reach my goal. Plus, I will be eating better too.
