Will this work after February 17, 2009??

Question

From what I've read in the description, it says it picks up HD channels but I wanted to be sure. It's a TV Tuner that I'm planning on buying for my computer so I can just get rid of my giant TV in my room (it takes up too much space...)

I just want to make sure I will be able to pick up TV signals a year from now.... Thanks!

Also, does anyone know if this will work with Vista?

The WalMart site doesn't give an specs. on this unit.  However, the link below does.  It says it receives both NTSC (standard definition) and ATSC (digital hi-def).  Check the site, read the specs and pay attention to the specs for the computer.  Make sure your computer can handle it.
