  1. In addition to what BIG said, I think it's too many plecos.  Plus, some of them are territorial and dont' particularly care for other plecos in with them.  Also, do some research on your goby, I'm not for sure, but I do believe it's a brackish fish-and those other fish you have won't tolerate brackish water.

  2. the BGK would need at least a 75 gallon, at the VERY least

as for the other fish it does sound ok.. as long as the filtration is up to snuff..

fish growin to the size of their tank is called stunting and it leads to a painful, slow, horrifying death.. so it's obviously a bad thing

  3. 55 Gallon is fine for a black ghost knifefish. Yes this is a fine set up. Do you know how big your jade sleeper gobies will get? My cousin has two, they can grow to 2 feet!

  4. Probably not. Why do you want so many plecos? All you need is one. I wouldnt get the royal if I was you.

  5. as long as the tank is 30 gal. and the fish are small they can only grow as big as the tank will allow, so they will stop growing when they have to. it has to do with the amount of oxygen and space for them to move and stuff and they will not grow past their "limit"

  6. Yes it will be fine but your going to have to get rid of the bgk when it gets big
