Will this work out well for me?

right... i live in the UK and am going to bed at about 3AM most nights and getting up about 1 or 2 pm the next day, lazy i know.... thing is im going to america (Cali') and am wondering if this habbit will help with the jet lag? and the time differences betw' countries? i cant work it out myself... Will it help me adjust quicker to USA time??

  1. If I'm right then 3 am in UK should be approx 7pm California time.  That may not work very well for you if you prefer to stay up late but it really only takes a couple of days to adjust so it's not a big deal really, especially if you will be there for a week or more.
