right... i live in the UK and am going to bed at about 3AM most nights and getting up about 1 or 2 pm the next day, lazy i know.... thing is im going to america (Cali') and am wondering if this habbit will help with the jet lag? and the time differences betw' countries? i cant work it out myself... Will it help me adjust quicker to USA time?? thankyou!
