Ok I am 22 yrs old, 185 pounds, 5'6 F. I want to lose weight but I don't want eat ALL HEALTHY and exercise EVERYDAY cus I know once I let that go im going to gain weight again. So wut if I eat what I want but very small, Like a handfull? And eat like 4 times a day, exercise 3 times a week, like lets say walk for an hour or etc., not eat after 8, if i do just fruits and viggies. and drink ALOT of water. Will I lose weight?? And if yes in how long and how much??
