  1. Just make sure your 'low fat' isn't 'NO fat'. Healthy fats is necessary for weight loss as it will actually burn saturated fat, some saturated fat is necessary for vital growth. Calories burned > no calories to burn thermogenically speaking.

80 grams might sound alot to you, but for muscle maintance and a faster metabolism (that will help burn fat) I'd shoot for 120-130.

Your one of the first people I've seen who didn't have this rediculous overtraining amount of cardio to lose weight (which would hinder results) 30 minutes every other day, PERFECT, so your on the right track with excercise already! Recovery is the best success on an excerise plan so if anyone else tells you that 30 min every other day isn't enough polietly tell them they don't know what the h**l they are talking about!

The rest is just diet (which is the bigger factor though).

  2. Yes, it's possible. You have about 17 weeks to lose 24 pounds. You will need to lose about 1.5 pounds per week to reach your goal, which is entirely possible to lose healthily! Normal healthy dieting will result in a weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week. Just stick to your diet and make adjustments as you go along and you should be fine. Good luck!

  4. I think it's possible, sugar but don't stress yourself out if you happen to fall short on your goal.  I drink a lot of water and do a lot of ab crunches.  Over the winter, I must have drank myself into about 20 extra pounds that I certainly didn't need.  One week I'll do the grapefruit diet, the next will be an all soup diet, the next a low carb diet.  I just keep switching it up.  I add lemon to all the water I drink, it's said to help the metabolism become faster.  I lost all the drinking weight that I had gained, plus some.  I'm now my ideal weight of 105, dress size 0, but it took me a few months.

You sound like you're working hard at it.  Keep up the good work, sugar.
