Will this workout help me be a better QB??

im 13.. im a middle school qb i can throw 47 yards.. will this make me throw farther, run faster, and run people over..

35 push ups

85 sit ups

lifting weights from my chest above my head 50 times

90 leg lifts (for speed)

run on a tredmill for a half hour (for speed and stamina)

  1. anything could help,endurance is the key and strength, but set up a old tire swing for acc and place cones from diff distances for distance, just keep dec and things may work out for ya
