Will throwing big rocks into the the air make me hit harder when it comes to boxing?

  1. you may hit the ground harder if the rock hits you in the head


  2. Not sure about that but I know taking a tire leaning it against something, and hitting it as hard as you can with a bat and not letting the bat bounce back after the impact builds some serious strength in arms, upper body

  3. Lay on your back on a bench and toss a medicine ball straight up and catch it, it's an easy exercise that will improve your power, and when done for any real length of time quite an effective work out.

  4. It will build up your upper body strength. this will allow your overall swing to increase in force.  If I were you though, I would make sure to focus on your bicips/tricips as well.

  7. that doesn't sound like it would help you for boxing at all. hitting harder comes from better technique. go to a boxing gym
