No. Just let the acne medicine soak in your face for 5-10 min after applying. And make sure when you buy a tinted moisturiser it says Non Comedogenic, so that it will not clogg your pores and cause more acne problems.

I think that your skin could break out more because I have used tinted moisturizers to try to keep my skin clear and I felt my face burning when I put it on. The next day my skin had a bad reaction to the moisturizer and there was a lot of bumps on my face because of the tinted moisturizer. I thought that it would be good for my skin but it wasn't.
