  1. I don't think so,are you saving a little bit of your old water to put in it,or are you just taking some off the bottom of the tank?Do you check your PH and water temp?Goldfish are cold water fish.

  2. ARE the fish up at the surface, indicates lack of disolved oxygen.Increase air going into pond!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

When you carry out water change trickle water in slowly, i mean slowly.

Pass new water through water purifier to remove chlorine , or treat with chemical.

You say all water perameters are ok, have you checked them against new test kit?.

How do the rest of the fish seem.

Is your water green ,what is the ph reading?

Warm water retains less oxygen then colder water

  3. No, I suspect there is something else going on here.  Either some kind of poison was added to the water, like pesticide.  What tests did you use to confirm that the "water is fine"?

  4. there are lots of people doing daily water change of 10 percent.  Maybe you used directly the tap water from the faucet you should setteled the water in a tank or gallon for couple of days or if you have water tank in your house pump the water in advance and let it stay for couple of days.  I think its chlorine killed your fish

  5. Did you use water conditioner? How much water did you change? Was is a similar temperature? What are you keeping them in, how many etc?

Partial water changes are usually good for fish.
