Will tramadol show up on a drug screen?

i have a 5 panel drug test that i have to take. i am just wondering if tramadol will show up.

No, it is not an opiate.

no it won't....  tramadol (ultram) is a pain receptor blocker that acts in your brain so it does not produce the common metabolites that are tested for on standard drug screens.

Most drug screens are looking for common street drugs or their metabolites.  So, you should be okay.

Of course, the obvious question is why you are taking tramadol if it was not prescribed to you?  if it was prescribed to you, the drug screen catching it doesn't matter.
