  1. The center of circulation for Fay is already north of Orlando, so it'll soon be out of the way.  Fay is expected to take a rather sharp left turn later tonight, so it'll be over land where it'll lose strength.  It won't become a hurricane.

  2. I live just outside Orlando city limits. There are wind gusts (breezy, nothing to blow you away) and lots of rain. It's safe to drive, I drove my son to school this morning. So with school being open in the Orlando area, that's a good sign that it's not too bad, just a pain!

It's Thursday morning, the 21st as I type this and Fay is suppose to start moving today and tomorrow across the state towards the panhandle. So hopefully by late tomorrow the rain should be letting up. No worries. Your cousins will be fine and the parks are actually the best right after a rain storm, everyone leaves so they'll be able to get on all the rides quickly and the temperature is lower.

  3. I have a friend that lives there, and she says they're just experiencing a lot of rain.  Hurricane Fay has weakened into a tropical storm, but flooding FL.
