Will updating my T-Mobile Dash erase all of my non sim card contacts?

I'm about to update my t-mobile dash with the new windows mobile download and want to know if this will erase any or all of my contacts.

  1. yes it will if your doing the ROM update to your phone it will delete everything on your phone except your SIM card contacts and anything on you SD card... but it still prompts you for precaution to remove the SIM card and SD card. if you have any contacts saved to LIVE those will not delete as they save to HOTMAIL servers and not the phones internal memory. hope that helps.
