Will upgrading my ipod touch (1.1.4) to the firmware version 2.0 unjailbreak my ipod

I was wondering if i download the firmware version 2.0 from itunes to my ipod touch, will it unjailbreak my ipod and lose my third party applications. And if anyone has done this already, is it worth it?

Hi. I just updated from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5 (this update costs nothing) and my ipod is not jailbreaked anymore. Now I'm going to downgrade it back to 1.1.4 because I miss my 3rd party applications.

If you search a bit, you'll see that lots of people are asking how to downgrade back to 1.1.4, which makes me think that 2.0 is not so great (can't say, I haven't upgraded to that version).
