I have really good foreplay with my wife and really enjoy it, but when it comes to the deed i am in and out in minutes i go limp pretty quick and cannot stay hard long enough for my wife to come again. You did not say how old you are but viagra should help. Take it an hour or so b4 you plan to have s*x. It will last  up to six hours.  Cialis is better as it has almost an immedite effect and can still last up to 24 hours so that you can have more than just one session..

Sounds like a c**k ring would be a good solution for yourself to retain the blood in your p***s and keep it hard longer, or a desentising spray if you are ejaculating prematurely

Yes, it is likely to help you sustain an erection for a longer period of time.
