Will volleyball and/or boxing help me lose weight if I play it everyday? Which one do you think (from your experience) would help me more? Thanks for all your answers!!

    Boxing is a very physical activity and is very strenuous and constant, and will use a lot of your energy and burn many calories. However, volleyball is more consistent and uses many parts of your body, so it all depends which one you will be playing for longer and which one you enjoy more.

  3. yes definitely it will help you in losing weight.because when you will play your muscles will do exercise according to you.According to my experience it will be better if u do the indian exercise.
