Nope. In fact, if you drink lots of water, the person who takes your sample will easily know you attempted to dilute your urine, because it will be very pale. It's a dead giveaway. But it still won't hide the cocaine, pot, heroine, opiates, or benzodiazapines in anybody's system. Also, don't waste your money on those health food store kits. I do urine drug screens EVERYDAY where I work. We do them on people who have accidents at work, people who come in for mental health evaluations, or sometimes for people applying for jobs. We know all the tricks. All you have to do is submit a suspicious sample. That's about as good as a positive.

it will be out of your system in 2 days so if your not taking a drug test the next couple of days then dont worry about it otherwise take some detox medication. You can get some at any head shop.

If someone used cocaine, even once, it will stay in their system for different time in different organs.  Also, the size and method of administering the dosage will have an effect on how long it takes for the cocaine to metabolize and leave the system.

Actually, labs don't test for the drug itself - they look for the metabolite.  

A meabolite is something that the body produces when it ingests something.  In the case of cocaine it is "benzoylecgonine" that will stay around long after the drug is gone, up to 30 days for a frequent user.  The drug itself can say in the bloodstream up to 72 hours.  It can stay in the urine for about 1 or up to 3 days after a single use.  Habitual or chronic use can be detected in urine for up to 12 weeks, depending on quantity, duration and frequency of use.
