  1. yes

  2. Not really. idk...

  3. yes it would hun! but still keep a lookout.

  4. Yes, but the tentacles will still be able to harm your uncovered areas, like legs and ankles, especially during swimming.  You usually don't step on a jellyfish unless you're walking on the beach not paying attention.  Otherwise, most people get caught by the tentacles as the jellyfish drift by them.

  5. yes but still be cautious when around jelly fish.

  6. It sounds silly but panty hose are your best protection versus jellyfish.

  7. Yes to a certin extent, shoes will protect your ankles and below but Jelly fish have long tentacles. They will more likely sting your legs or stomach.

  8. Probably, but it won't protect you from the candiru fish:

  9. probably not

  10. If the stingers are still on the watershoes afterwards and you come in contact with the stingers it's possible that they will sting you so they're somewhat efficient at preventing direct contact but then they do have that drawback but so does other protective gear like wet suits.

But of course I'm talking about the totally enclosed ones, not sandals. Boots used for foot protection for scuba and deep-sea snorkeling work better but they can be awkward at times but those protect your entire ankle but again a detached stinger can still be on the outside and you can touch it accidentally afterwards.

  11. no no and no
