Today's technology already does it, of course. But it's expensive, requires energy, products emissions, and it's not fast enough.

And in the future ?...

    maybe by the dark energy that the scientist expect to discover in the large hadron collider.

Not likely.  Solar distillation is simple, cheap, and requires only solar energy, but requires lots of land area.  The best way is to let God keep doing it with the water cycle (evaporation from bodies of water and condensation as rain and snow).  And to stop wasting these existing sources of distilled water.
