If elected, that crusty old douche bag will probably die in office from old age, leaving a stunt pick as leader of the free world.

  1. I will, indeed. There is no training ground for President. Congress is not, for sure. The closest is governor of a state. VP is good, but there is no requirement to learn the job. Palin will be great in 2012, to be an incumbent VP running to be Pres.

Freedom Forever, do YOU know what the Constitutional job entails? You are Pres of the Senate, and you wait for the Pres to die. That's it! I imagine John will keep her in the loop better than that, tho.

  2. Palin admits she doesn't even know what a VP does. And if she is convicted of corruption, and she was President, would she have to resign? What was McCain thinking?

SEE/HEAR HER IN HER OWN WORDS:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pak-rH0dC...

(her V.P. comments are toward the end of the video)

  3. Whenever I read questions like this I get a better understanding of the lack of intellect of the majority of Obama supporters.  You should look at what he has done in his political career.  Do you realize he has accepted more donations from big business than McCain?

He is only offering words (plagiarized in many cases).  Obama told the people he is for change no more inside the beltway politics; so, he changed and picked an inside the beltway old line business as usual running mate.  Only words?  Biden is a tax and spend democrat.  Only words?  Obama had somebody else put his name on bills he never read.  Obama voted "present" on many bills before the Senate.  Only words?  Yes, that is right.  His promises are "only words" the facts will disappoint you.

  4. this is true...   i like her as a person. From what I hear, she sounds amazing! But... Alaska is very different the the contiguous 48. And how/why she got elected in AK wouldnt really translate to the rest of the country,   I like her though.

Personally, I say s***w both the frontrunners and get a Biden/Palin ticket. Although I know thats an absurd thought.

  5. Palin is not a stunt pick.  She has more executive experience than Obama.

  6. I honestly have to say yes. I was going to vote anything but the top 2.  With her on the ticket I am pretty excited.
