If a country takes away a persons ability to apply his mind and skills for the benefit of his family, that person should move on. I know I will. My views of South Africa has deteriorated severely in the last six months.

I gave it my best, and would have preferred to die here.

However, I am a first generation South African and I have no scruples to leave this beautiful country and leave it to the people in power to reduce it to a Rotting Dust Patch. There are are thousands of opportunities in the world for us, (my wife and myself), and we can relocate in the wink of an eye ! My family will have a good life, and the South African Government will not take that away from them.

Where it should be, I would imagine,after all the natural inhabitants of Africa is black people and not white.  In fact, the whites originate  from Europe.   I cannot see the whites, however, giving up the riches of Africa, especially South Africa, that easily.   Don't worry just accept it.

when african states acheived their long sought after independancy they were plundered by greedy murdering despots like mugabe- a good economy and thriving country has been turned into a h**l hole for its black and white subjects.

to answer the question, some whites will be poor and some will be wealthy this now will depend more on their ability and less on their skin colour.

The white man has ruined all of Africa with the liberal carving of countries with no regard to local tribalisms.  The 19th century land grab has a lot to answer for - and I'm afraid it'll take another 60 - 100 years to return to anything like stability.  Maybe longer.
