I am doing what same people say, I'm getting involved. But all my brother says is that the two party system is weak and never resolves anything. It just serves two ways of thinking and not really open to new (really better ) ideas. I am worried he is right.

  1. yup.  and that's a good thing, in my mind.

the less the yahoo's in D.C. get done, the less we have to put up with them messing up our lives.

  2. I'm afraid so. With John McCain, we'll have to sprint just to keep up and the field will be slanted in favor of the wealthy and Corporate America and coated in oil. Barack Obama will help level the field for all of us so maybe we can slow down to a jog...I hope. We do need some third party candidates to inject some fresh blood and fresh ideas into our political system and who will work for the vast majority of Americans like they're SUPPOSED to.
