no, there are too many natural vitamins, minerals, fats, sugars, etc.. that cannot be produced. (and when they are produced, they do not carry the same effect that the natural ones do). supplemental vitamins are the closest you will get. you also need calorie intake, fats, etc..

i don't care. i like eating food. it tastes good. i don't want my meals to boil down to popping a pill in my mouth and that's it. i like sitting down at the dinner table and tucking into a good, full plate of food. that's just me though.

i would love that..but i dont think that, thats possible because, u cant possibly fit all the vitamins and nutrients that are in a regular meal, in one little capsule. Maybe like a drink?
