Will we ever have another holocaust were the government burns Americans alive because they are crazy (Waco)?

The BATF and Feds acted as judge, jury and executioner and burned men women and 21 children under the age of 15, because David Koresch was "crazy."

Was that just an isolated incident of government sponsored terrorism or will we ever see dark days where the government murders it's own citizens?
