Will we get back our properties if we run away from the place of calamities like hurricane?

The previous experiences say that a lot of people were deprived because of racial discrimination. What should we do?

there are little chances of getting it back.

but most of the survey results say no to this.

this is because when the calamity is a light one the damages are too light and there are chances of getting their props back..

but when the situation is that its a heavy disaster ( not a calamity..)

it creates great chaos and thus it ccannot replace our props..!!
