Question:

Will we go to war with Russia?

Recently, tensions between the US and Russia have been highest since the 80's. Oil prices rising is allowing Russia to upgrade it's military and the missile defense shield being deployed in Poland is practically sending Russia to DEFCON 3. Do you guys think war with Russia in the next ten or twenty years is possible and, trying to be a neutral person, who do you think would win if it were an all out slug fest in Europe and Asia. Also, doesn't anybody else agree with me that it is kind of weird that the plot of games like Frontlines and EndWar is very similar to what is going on right now?

  1. The U.S. is already involved in a clandestine war against Russia by funding insurgency on Russia's borders and stationing missiles there. Russia is unlikely to initiate a war with the U.S. but the reverse is less certain. The more powerful Russia becomes the safer the world will be from conflict. There was far less conflict in the world when the U.S. was restrained by the danger of retaliation from Russia.

  2. Nope,

Tensions with russia, might be higher than since 1980,

But they are still an ant on a mountain, compared to what they were in the 1950's, 1960's or 1970's.

The same reasons we didn't go to war then,

    Still apply today.
